Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the license is intended for the licensed customer and the machine associated with the license.
The license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
3. Machine-Specific Licensing
BilingMitro uses a machine-specific licensing mechanism.
A license may be linked to a particular computer or machine identifier.
You may not:
- Copy the license to unauthorized computers
- Share the license with another business
- Resell your license
- Distribute your license key
- Circumvent machine-binding mechanisms
- Attempt to bypass license validation
- Modify the software to remove licensing restrictions
Moving a license to another machine may require approval from BilingMitro and may be subject to applicable license-transfer rules.
4. Software Ownership
The BilingMitro software, source code, design, user interface, branding, logos, documentation, software architecture, and associated intellectual property remain the property of BilingMitro or its respective rights holders.
Purchasing a license does not give you ownership of the source code or intellectual property.

This includes distributing:
- The executable

6. User Accounts and Role-Based Access
BilingMitro may support multiple users, including administrative and regular users.
The administrator may be responsible for:

- Removing unauthorized users
- Ensuring appropriate access to business information
Users must not attempt to access information or functionality that has not been authorized for their assigned role.

11. License Key Responsibility
The customer is responsible for keeping the license key secure.
If a license key is lost, stolen, disclosed, or compromised, BilingMitro may require verification of ownership before providing further assistance. Because licenses may be machine-specific, possession of a license key alone may not guarantee activation on another computer.

The customer should maintain independent backups before requesting troubleshooting involving application data.
15. Availability of Features
We may improve, modify, discontinue, or replace certain features of BilingMitro.
The specific features available to a customer depend on the software version and license purchased. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.
To avail a new feature, the product must be upgraded to the latest release version and that upgradation will demand an additional cost.
16. Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the nature of downloadable software and machine-specific license keys, purchases are generally non-refundable once the BilingMitro license has been activated, except where a refund is required under applicable law or is expressly approved by BilingMitro.
Once payment has been made and the license has been activated, the purchase shall be considered final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
The BilingMitro license is machine-specific and is intended for use on the computer for which it was originally activated. Customers are responsible for keeping their license key and related license information safe and secure.
If a customer loses their license key, replaces their computer, or experiences a system failure or other circumstance requiring license re-issuance or reactivation, BilingMitro may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or re-issued license subject to applicable verification and an additional service/re-issuance fee.
